Following Your Delivery
Before the parcel leaves
1. Review the destination. Include the recipient name, full street address and any unit details needed by the carrier. Check the information again when submitting the order.
2. Read the delivery offer. The shipping choices, charges and estimates available for purchases at www.ravosia.com are presented during checkout.
3. Report a correction early. A change is easier to consider before dispatch. Once the parcel is with a carrier, redirection depends on the carrier and route.
Once tracking is available
A shipment reference allows you to follow carrier updates. The creation of a label does not necessarily mean collection has taken place. Later scans may be separated by periods in transit, particularly when parcels move between carriers or through customs.
Any stated delivery estimate can be affected by holidays, weather, transport disruption or destination checks. If a cross-border order attracts duties or taxes, amounts included in your checkout total should be distinguished from charges collected separately by local authorities or their agents.
If the route does not look right
For a missing update, address concern or parcel marked delivered that you cannot locate, write to [email protected] with the order and tracking references. You can check a reception desk or another delivery location noted by the carrier while the matter is investigated. A tracking status alone does not prevent you from reporting non-receipt.
If the packaging or contents arrive damaged, save the packaging and describe what you found. This helps distinguish a delivery problem from an issue with the garment itself.
