This notice explains the personal information used when you browse www.ravosia.com, place an order or contact Ravosia.

What happens at each stage

1. Browsing: technical records can include your IP address, browser information and session activity. They help deliver pages, maintain the cart and detect errors or misuse.

2. Ordering: contact and delivery details, garment selections and transaction references are used to process the purchase and arrange fulfillment.

3. Asking for help: messages, attachments and order history allow us to investigate the matter and retain a record of the response.

Who needs the information

Providers involved in hosting, payment, delivery and communications receive information relevant to their work. Records may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute. Information is used on an applicable lawful basis, such as performing an order, meeting an obligation, pursuing a legitimate operational purpose or obtaining consent where required.

How long records remain

Retention depends on the reason for collecting a record. A session record serves a different purpose from an order or refund record. Information should be removed or de-identified when its purpose and applicable retention obligations have ended. Access is restricted according to the work that needs to be performed.

Steps you can take

Browser settings let you manage local storage, although blocking essential storage may affect checkout. To ask about access, correction, objection, erasure or another applicable privacy right, contact online@ravosia.com. Explain the records concerned; a reasonable identity check may be needed. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent and may bring a complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Some requests are subject to lawful retention requirements.
